  [g] Approval for naming of building 53 days
  [h] Building erection approval 53 days
  [i] Amendment plan approval 53 days
  [j] Certificate of Fitness for Occupation (CFO) approval 53 days
  [k] Minor works and modifications plan approval 30 days
  [l] Temporary permit application 30 days
  [m] General earthworks and basic plan approval 53 days
  [n] Road and drainage works approval 53 days
  [o] Road works plan approval (streetlights and traffic lights) 53 days
  [p] Work permit approval for:  
       (i) Roads 10 days
       (ii) Lane closure 10 days
       (iii) Night work 10 days

4 MAINTENANCE WORKS
  [a] Non-critical. 14 days
  [b] Taking actions for malfunctioning traffic lights:  
       (i) Complaints by Hotline Within 4 hours
       (ii) Complaint by CRM 48 hours
5 LICENCE APPLICATION
  [a] Business premise licence approval (express processing) 1 hour
  [b] Business premise licence approval (normal processing) 18 working days
  [c] Business sign licence approval (express processing) 1 hour
  [d] Business signage licence approval (normal processing) 14 working days
  [e] Approval for all types of licence renewal:  
      (i) Premises 10 minutes
      (ii) Business signage 10 minutes
6 COMPOUND
  Compound reduction appeal approval 10 minutes
7 PAYMENT
