The smart school consists of a combined primary and secondary school that caters for 2310 pupils with a teaching and support staff of 180. Located on a 15 acre site within the neighbourhood centre of Precinct 16, this is a single session smart school using information technology in the curriculum, teaching, learning, assessment and management of the school.

The school complex is designed as a group of 3-4 storey blocks surrounding courtyards with the administrative zone located at the entrance to allow surveillance of the entire school compound. The courtyard and open spaces adjacent to each block are intended to promote interaction and extra-curricular activities. The traffic circulation comprises a one-way loop branching from the main driveway where parents can access the pick-up/drop off waiting area off the main driveway into the school.

Car parking bays for visitors and school staff as well as the disabled are provided with motorcycle and bicycle parking spaces provided at different locations proximate to school buildings. The school complex has an administration block, surau, multipurpose hall and field which will be shared by the two schools.
