The Neighbourhood Learning Centre (NLC) is one of the neighbourhood public amenities in Putrajaya. Designed to meet current and future needs for the community within walking distance. The NLC aims to promote reading and acquisition of knowledge through books, magazines, CD-ROMs and the Internet. Via the Net, the NLC will pave the way for the dissemination of multimedia information, communication and interaction within the community and with the rest of the world. The NLC will be used as a venue to host events such as exhibitions, seminars and educational gatherings and other activities.
