Landscaped to highlight a garden surrounded by buildings with an open concept, the road between the Food Court and the Neighbourhood Centre will serve as a pedestrian mall and an exhibition area.

The complex includes recreation facilities for different age groups including a pool for children, cinema, a multipurpose hall, 3 badminton courts/1 volleyball court, changing rooms, washrooms, gymnasium and squash court with a viewing gallery. Other facilities consist of a table tennis room, prayer room, swimming pool, reading areas, an open terrace for gatherings, tennis court and a eight-lane bowling alley. Construction has begun and is expected to be completed soon.
