Based on the concept of the clubhouse, the centre has facilities for indoor and outdoor activities. The neighbourhood centre also encompasses a playground /field and is situated within easy reach by pedestrians via 'green links' around the area. The centre with a double frontage facade has ramps linking the various parcels around it for the convenience of the handicapped.
